Meet Dr. Dee
Dikla Chazbani, DMD, FAAPD
Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Dikla Chazbani — known to her patients as Dr. Dee — brings warmth, compassion, and over a decade of experience to every visit. Her goal is simple: to make dental care a positive, stress-free experience for every child and family she treats.
Dr. Dee has served as the Head of Pediatric Dentistry at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, where she cared for children with a wide range of needs, including higher-risk and medically complex cases. She’s also played a major role in training the next generation of dentists, overseeing both general and pediatric dental residents, and lecturing on the latest in pediatric dental care.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Queens College (CUNY), her dental degree (DMD) from Nova Southeastern University, and completed her pediatric residency at Maimonides Medical Center. She’s been board-certified since 2008 and is proud to be a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Dee lives in New York City with her husband and three children — all of whom love going to the dentist. Her hope? To help every child in Westchester feel the same way.

Meet Dr. Hines
Brianna Hines, DDS
Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Brianna Hines is a board certified pediatric dentist. She was born and raised in Queens, NY and is the first and only doctor in her family. Dr. Hines had an interesting path to becoming a pediatric dentist and found her love for working with children at the early age of 12 when she became a clown and party entertainer on weekends. While she danced around in costumes, made balloon animals, and painted faces; she realized that she had a passion for putting smiles on the faces of children and their families.
Dr. Hines earned her Bachelors of Science from Iona University and went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine. She continued her training by completing a general practice residency as well as her specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Staten Island University Hospital Northwell Health where she served her final year as Chief Resident.
During her dental career, Dr. Hines found a passion for volunteer work and spent her time giving oral health care to orphans, veterans, and even spent a month in Madagascar treating patients in harsh and secluded environments.
She is dedicated to providing a pleasant and fun dental experience to children and their families. You can spot her from a mile away in her pink “special glasses.” When shes not doing dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family (especially her beautiful daughter), traveling, and eating delicious food.
